So I wanted to get a photo of a Japanese beetle. But since I've been looking for then they seem to have all disappeared. I'll keep looking and maybe I'll finally get a photo.
I've noticed the same thing and believe that clothianidin is responsible for their decline. I do not believe I've seen a Japanese beetle in 2 years or more. I suspect that they are extremely sensitive to clothianidin as honey bees and other insects are.
